The Collective is a capacity building organisation with a mission to provide individuals and organisations with the tools to create positive change. Over the past 18 months we have been supporting small community-based organisations in Freetown and Makeni, by placing and supporting international volunteer consultants on 3 to 6 month placements with them. Through the Summer Project, we are now increasing this support by providing workshops and consultancy services to a greater number of local NGO partners. The network aims to build the capacity of organisations so they can best meet the needs of their beneficiaries, partners and funders.
