New stretch target

Any extra money will allow us to reach more people with our campaign.

Help Cate Cody our first Green Councillor in Tewkesbury to become our local Green MP.

A passionate environmentalist and Green voter all her life, Cate was elected to Council in May this year and has quickly become the ‘go to’ person for any green issues in the Borough.  Cate successfully brought the Climate Emergency motion to Council and is a leading voice on the Climate Action working group.                                                                                                                                          She also chairs the Climate Action group at Town Council, leads the Plastic-Free Tewkesbury Steering Group and is chair of Tewkesbury for Europe.  She has lived in Tewkesbury for 26 years.

We are aiming to raise at least £1000 to help cover our election expenses.

Unlike other parties, the Green Party does not accept funding from big business, the finance sector or trade unions. We do this so that we can stay independent from these agendas and act in the best interests of the people. However, this does mean that we have far fewer resources than other parties and depend entirely on our members and supporters to fund all of the amazing work we do. That is why your support is so important.

The Green Party is the only party that really sees we can combat the climate crisis, change the current economic system and build a better, fairer society.

If you cannot afford to contribute towards the campaign, but can volunteer your time please contact: cate.cody@tewkesbury.greenparty.org.uk

We are required to run permissibility checks on donations over £500. These will be completed as pledges are made. For the same reason, we cannot accept anonymous donations over £500.
