All the money raised here will go towards my post-grad education and exploration with intent to pursue a clinical psychology career.

TeaTalk Conversations is a website and blog idea I've had for years. It began as a late night insomnia thought in Year 11, and then became a small, short-lived after school discussion group. Although small, I knew it had impacted those who had attended and I yearned to continue the idea into something more.

This is how TeaTalk the website and blog came about. I am determined to create a safe, comfortable and friendly place for all people to explore the world of mental health and the conversations that surround it. This is in the form of blogs, podcasts, self-care tips, artwork, suggested websites and a place for visitors to express their own comments and share their own stories.

I also aim to share my story of pursuing a career into clinical psychology through this website. Psychology is becoming an increasingly popular subject to study and I wish to give everyone the opportunity to understand what they can get out of such a degree.

However, getting onto the clinical course isn't easy. In addition to a lot of study, I also need a lot of experience and I need to be able to afford the costs of these, whether travelling there, placement and post-grad study fees and making sure this website is able to give as much as it can at the same time.

I created this Crowdfunder therefore to aid this journey and to create a safe space of exploration for everyone who visits the website.

I will always publish updates whenever I use any of the money raised for educational purposes so you know it is only being used for this.
