At the moment my business is solely just me but as it does expand and there is more demand then I will be hoping on opening up job opportunities for others. I've been to many afternoon teas myself but have always had to travel for them to hotels etc.. so this has given me the idea to offer the same service but delivered to the customer. We will be offering 3 different choices of Afternoon Teas consisting of sandwiches, cakes, scones, canapés, tea, coffee and depending on which one they choose prosecco and strawberries too. Our prices include delivery withing 10 miles of our business address. 3 hour rental of all our equipment (crockery, cake stands, cutlery etc.) And collection after. So whether they are treating a loved one or they are hosting a party, wedding etc. We will provide all their catering needs. We even do the cleaning up after as to minimize the risk of damage to our crockery. All of our food is homemade by myself and will be delivered fresh to the customer. I also have the relevant food safety certificates too. I'm not aiming at any particular type of people as our Afternoon Teas will correspond with the type of occasion. For example a child's birthday party will come with more robust crockery, colour themed decorations there will also be the opportunity to purchase helium balloons, party invitations, sweet cones and a birthday cake.
Once I am an established and known business I hope to be able to expand the delivery radius and provide for much larger events on a regular basis.
