“If every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.” Dalai Lama

by Zoe Furnivall in Roslin, Scotland, United Kingdom

If we want to change our world and create a new a new consciousness, we need to start with children. The Dalai Lama said that "if every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world in one generation". I agree.

I am already an energy healer, and am training to become one of the first Elemental Healing™ Practitioners in the world. This involves connecting with the elements (earth, air, fire, water and spirit) and the elementals (think mermaids, dragons, unicorns, gnomes, sylphs, kelpies, fairies, pixies and so many more).

I want to take this incredible new Elemental Healing™ system and use the principles to create guided meditations for children. I want to work with schools, youth groups and individual children to help them learn the art of mindfulness and meditation.

Lorraine Murray is a world renowned teacher of children's meditation, and she runs a course to train new teachers. I want to work with Lorraine to gain my meditation teacher qualification, and to market Elemental Meditation to the groups I want to work with. You can find out more about Lorraine here.
