When I started Mason & Green, it was never about money, it was about looking after the drivers. I worked for a major South West Company who really never cared about the drivers or the customers. I wanted to make the difference. To me service is not only to the customer, but for those who work with you. I never intentended Mason & Green would be something that is known world wide and recieve awards, that we were. However with this pandemic, my drivers who I care most about have been vastly affected, as we specialse in Airport Transportation, things have been unsustanable. I fund everything out of my own pocket, and have even lost my house and am living in rental accomadation, but, it is not about loss of money it is retaining a company that gave to drivers. I do not want to loose this ideal, as the business is about my drivers. I want to expand into providing into a more inclusive straight away service that would be similar to Uber or Bolt but with a personal touch.
