I have become very passionate about helping people who have suffered from stroke after I lost my mother a year ago to stroke. I have joined the Stroke Awareness Support Network - Ghana (SASNET-GH) to help raise awareness of this disease in remote areas in Ghana. My vision at large is to help people from less privileged background like Silas as much as I can with stroke care and preventative measures to help save life. The money raised will help little Silas who had stroke a year ago when he was 4 years old and has had his sight affected as a result of this. Silas' lives with his grandmother in the suburbs of Sunyani-Ghana. Silas has not had or received any appropriate medical care and need urgent medical treatment. After meeting this little angel at one of our campaign programmes December last year, SASNET-GH is soliciting support to send him to KATH or 37 Military Hospital as a matter of urgency to receive treatment on Stroke. At money contributed will immensely help save Silas' life.
