I am a second year law student, who is living alone in London. I was working hard without rest in the past 2 years, but now I lost my job, because of the COVID-19 my restaurant closed. I always tried to be independent, never asked help before, usually I offered for others.
I have no savings, my health condition stops me to take any shop assistant job (I must stay at home) and I am not entitled to receive any grant or benefit such as Universal Credit as I am a full time student.
I asked everyone I know for help, but we are all in the same situation. So I thought, there must be some more fortunate people outside in the public, with a kind heart who may can help! If I succeed to become a human rights lawyer, I will be able to give back this help to the people in need.
I cannot predict how long will this situation last, but at least 2-3 months long. The amount I would need is only for my rent (£535), my bills (£85) and food (£65) is the bare minimum for surviving.
If you read this, but cannot help me, offer your help for someone around you :)
