The way this project has already inspired and informed so many children is wonderful. Can't wait to see what happens next

A friend & colleague, Tony Wolf, in 2009 published a short booklet about "Edith Garrud - the suffragette who knew Jiu-Jitsu". I teach at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and we have been talking about the subject. I noticed that 'Babes with Blades' in Chicago have also produced a play on the subject - 'The Good Fight'. So, all the very best with your version.

Sounds like it will be a great show, telling a really interesting and important part of the suffragette story. We look forward to seeing it (and the prints are fantastic!)

This is a project that really captures the imagination in the centenary year of women's suffrage. A hidden story of the suffrage movement. Wonderful!

Really important to get the stories out to young people, particularly young girls and women to reminded us all how precious their vote is and how hard won it was
