Hello crowdfunding surfers. Thank you for looking. This is an idea for an outdoors catering unit in Edinburgh selling mainly Portuguese street food. Everything is baked, grilled or otherwise cooked on site and everything is prepared from scratch. I don't buy any ready made meals so I guess one can say my food is as healthy as I can prepare. This is just a small step, however, towards my ULTIMATE GOAL: to impact on our outdoors eating habits while promoting a healthier lifestyle by offering a range of street food that is tasty, balanced and above all healthy. Slowly, as the brand grows and I'm more established in the market and within the surrounding community, I will add more and more healthy products. I will start out with a handful of these, which I have studied and continue analysing. I have cooked and sold some of these items to local businesses and friends and the feedback has been excellent. I'm hoping this outdoors unit will be my stepping stone.
So this is the basic description of the business idea. I hope you can see through it. I think it's great. For the future generations as well. Because I do not mind well built children - and adults alike - when they look and feel healthy.
