We need to raise £1000 to cover the costs of standing in the General Election, giving people across South Tyneside the chance to vote Green

by South Tyneside Green Party in South Shields, England, United Kingdom

New stretch target

£1000 will cover the deposit costs for us standing in South Shields and Jarrow. Any extra will go towards year round campaigning to get even more Green representation in South Tyneside

Over the last few years, South Tyneside Green Party has gone from strength to strength, and 2019 has been a momentous year.

In May, David Francis became South Tyneside's first elected Green councillor with a record 68% of the vote (1000+ majority).

Local residents recognise the year round hard work that Greens put into the local community. In order to give people across South Tyneside the option to vote Green at the General Election in December, we need to raise the funds to cover the cost of standing.
