To create a proactive space to help individuals in their own well-being.

by Staywell Derby in Derby, England, United Kingdom

Staywell Derby is a Community Interest Company (CIC) set up to help people on their journey to well-being and is open to everyone to access help and support.

The CIC is run by people with lived experience of mental health issues and addiction who bring their wealth of knowledge and understanding to the organisation to help change people’s lives.

A key part of Staywell Derby is the Sanctuary which will offer a safe, non-judgmental space for people to drop-in and chat to a Staywell Ambassador to look holistically at whatever they may be going through.

This proactive approach can help people make well-being a part of their everyday lives as they look to the future. The Sanctuary will also host a café and alcohol-free venue which will support local artists - everything from live music to spoken word.

This is a great time to support a new local organisation that can make a difference to people in Derby - especially as we emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic when people may need a little extra support. In this busy, complicated world we live in sometimes all that’s needed is a helping hand to set someone on the best path for them and that’s what Staywell Derby aims to do.

We hope you will join us on our journey to grow Staywell Derby for the people of Derby.
