Brilliant initiative! It’s time thrillers and crime fiction cleaned up its act. No more gratuitous violence against women in the name of entertainment.

I am right behind it. The idea does not invalidate fiction where there is violence portrayed. However, there is violence directed against women, all over the world, so the mere fact of highlighting this is - to my mind - a great idea. David

I find using violence against women for entertainment purposes in books, movies, and on TV disgusting. It is all too real for many women to be using it for titillating purposes. In most cases it adds nothing to the story being told. Great idea. Delighted to be able to support it.
