After 4 years experience renting 2 static caravans I am looking for funding to purchase an established holiday park

by Alex Ball in Settrington, England, United Kingdom

I have spent 4 years running 2 of my own caravans and sub-letting for another owner on 2 separate Haven sites. My wife and I are very experienced in this industry and are now ready to scale up.

We would like to buy an established caravan park with static caravans and spaces for touring caravans. We will serve food and drinks, have entertainment and swimming facilities. In the future we would like to expand the leisure facilities to quad biking, Segway's etc depending on the location.

We are looking at coastal locations only and have found 3 or 4 that fit our criteria.

From our employments we are both confident leaders with strong customer focused values. We run our cash flows years in advance to accommodate expenses and to keep sufficient reserves  for unforeseen circumstances.

When we are established we will involve are close family, my mum to run reception where she is experienced and my brother as part of the entertainment team.

When we are profitable we would love to give back to people. I currently take food to homeless people once a week and we would love to be able to use this opportunity to help more.
