A Green Party MP candidate for St Albans

A Green Party MP candidate for St Albans

Add your pledge to make sure everyone in St Albans hears the Green message at the General Election

We did it!

On 22nd Mar 2015 we successfully raised £1,035 of £1,000 target with 28 supporters in 28 days

New stretch target

Wow, thank you so much, we have reached our initial target of £1,000!

Please keep pledging! We will use all the money beyond our target to support our campaigning, encouraging people to vote Green in St Albans district. Newsletters cost about £150 per time per ward. We might even stretch to a billboard!

St Albans Green Party has been working for a fair and sustainable future for everyone in our district. After Theresa May called a snap general election, we want to give St Albans residents the opportunity to choose a Green MP. Someone who will stand up for real principles and work for the common good.

Our candidate is Jack Easton. Jack is a Chartered Accountant who has lived in St Albans for 15 years, and is married with three children. There’s more about Jack here.

Green party members work hard to raise money, and contribute personally, to pay for publicising our policies and ideas. But we need to raise more to have an effective voice in the General Election in June.

We need your help to raise £1,000 towards the cost of fighting this election. Anything you can pledge will help!

  • £500 to print a Freepost leaflet for every household in the district

  • £500 for our election deposit

  • £20 for social media boost to raise our profile
  • Any additional funds for leaflets, posters and other materials

The Green Party is offering a choice for people who don’t think austerity is the answer and who have hope for a sustainable future. We’d like St Albans to have that choice.

Please help us campaign by making a pledge. We want to reach £1,000 in pledges.

Thank you very much!
