Gospel Choir Tour to Belgium 2018. This project aims to make the inaugural gospel choir tour a reality for our pupils.

by St Thomas the Apostle School Gospel Choir in London, Greater London, England

About Us

The gospel choir was born out of a desire to promote and expand our students' clear gift for singing. Directed by our choir director, Natalie Christian-John, the gospel choir has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is now our showcase ensemble, performing at events and concerts across the year both internally and externally.

The Future

The next stage of our development is to give the pupils a professional musical experience to inspire them to develop even further, and we are now planning our inaugural tour, to Belgium in December. As an organisation, we are advocates of equality and inclusion, and we do not want the cost of the trip to be a barrier for any family in our community. We have a high proportion of pupils who are eligible for Pupil Premium. We are appealing to the generosity of our colleagues in the community to help make this musical dream a reality for our wonderful students - they deserve it!

Your own Christmas performance!

For those wanting to contribute a larger amount, we would want to return the favour through our music-making. Providing you are within Greater London, for a £300+ donation, we would come and perform a set of Christmas carols for you/your organisation. This option is perfect for a company that may wish to make a donation, or a group of colleagues who may wish to collaborate on a donation.
