I have just won the title of Miss Cornwall 2019/20 and the opportunity to represent Cornwall at the Miss Great Britain competition in February 2020. Miss Great Britain is the oldest national pageant in the UK so this is incredibly exciting for me. It is also quite exciting for Cornwall as Cornwall hasn't been represented on the Miss Great Britain Stage for many years.
However, to do so I need to raise £540.
I am a 26 year old degree level paramedic who is outgoing, hard working and committed. During my time as Miss Cornwall I want to give back to our community by installing more public access defibs in local villages, running regular beach cleans, helping people make greener choices and by regularly volunteering with my local food bank.

I have been competing in pageants for 4 years and during this time have held multiple titles including Miss Sweetheart UK, Mrs Kernow Inspiration, Mrs Devon Galaxy and Miss Natural Beauty. This is not my first national pageant however this is an incredible opportunity because Miss Great Britain is the oldest pageant in the UK and is very prestigious. Unlike most UK national pageants, Miss Great Britain believes in equal opportunities and inclusivity, allowing women who have had children to compete, such as myself.
I am a married mother of 2 and we are due our 3rd in August. I have previously competed on a national level at 4 months postpartum and after each pregnancy have employed a strict regime of nutrition and exercise to achieve this; I will have 6 months after birth before Miss Great Britain.
