The aim is to start and complete the development of a device that will save the lives of countless animals every year. STOP roadkill!

by Paul B in Manchester, England, United Kingdom

Hello world,

I’m just a regular guy, that works as a courier.  Every single day I’m travelling about 500 miles all over UK and in all this time I’m seeing at least 15-20 roadkills. For the last year I’ve been thinking about a method or process about how could I stop or interfere with it. Very recently it hit me: Why not develop a device that can warn the animals, in the same way that police sirens warn the people. It’s the same principle.

Developing a low frequence device, that can warn the animals. Its not a difficult task, but with the right people, support, and intentions I think it will have a great outcome.

My idea has the basics of it: functionality, design and use. The only thing that is crucial is someone to make it happen.

The Research&Development, it will be costly because specialised companies will need to create it. I would do it, but unfortunately I don’t have the technical knowledge.

This is just a brief description of a device that will be designed to save lives. Animals and humans.

If there are any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thank you.
