I am a single mother who first stepped into the beauty industry in 2016 at 24 with a 4 year old who I need to set example to and show good work ethics and drive. I started my beauty training full of hope and ambition, but due to mix ups with my training provider, I didn't get the support I needed and took a major hit to my confidence.
I picked myself back up found another training provider and finally gained the qualifications i wanted and needed to further my career and get me on the path to my dream of owning salons, spas and training centres all over the country and maybe one day world.
I got my qualifications, I had again found my passion in beauty and once again loved making people feel better about themselves and the joy on their face after receiving treatments. I left my training provider and went straight into my first job as a spa therapist for a great spa, then had an old I jury flare up that left me thinking my career as beauty therapist would be over, but at 27 years with a 7 year old I will not let this hold me back.
My dream is still alive!
I want to make women feel beautiful! Their personal idea of beautiful not what social media, movies or people tell them they should look. I want women to embrace their inner beauty and radiance through natural, herbal, holistic and non-invasive treatments. So they can work with what they have and let their inner goddess shine through!
I am also doing a personal training and nutrition course to go along side some of the treatments available.
Any money raised will get atleast one step closer to my dream, I will be able to buy all of the products, equipment and furniture I will need to carry out these treatments, I will be able to get a website up and running, get software that will keep my clients information secure under the data protection act. I will be able to get marketing materials, maybe even afford to open an actual salon instead of being mobile. The possibilities are endless with just a little bit of help and support to go with all the hard work I'm willing to put in.
