An invitation to a traditional Zambian feast, including 'Nshima' (the national dish, made of ground maize and eaten with your fingers) and a range of vegetable and/or meat and/or fish dishes. The feast will take place in Cornwall, at lunchtime on Saturday, 5th December 2015
And a range of produce from our Cornish small holding. You can choose from a selection including jams, chutneys, frozen redcurrants/blackcurrants/blackberries/apples. Two loaves of fresh bread or one focaccia.
