I know the positive impact sensory equipmemt can have for children with complex and medical needs. Their additional needs are different to us and the benefits and rewards gained because of the experiance of all senses. Education in a school allows only a small part to sensory due to the academic levels the children are still set at special needs schools. In that respect they are no diffetent to mainstream schools. The scope of individuals could mean cartain pupils could be better off at a proper sensory equipped school.
