Scout Group Toilet Refurbishment
We did it
On 25th February 2020 we successfully raised £1,000 with 4 supporters in 97 days

Our existing toilet facilities have been in place since the headquarters was built and is now in need of replacing and making more suitable.

New stretch target

With the extra money, we can ensure that the refurbishment is carried out to the best specification possible to make it last for another 40 years!

The 22nd Wimbledon Scout Headquarters is used by over 120 young people every week together with many community groups and childrens parties who use our headquarters several times a week.

We have now reached a point in time, where the toilet facilities which were installed when the HQ was built over 40 years ago have reached their end of life and we need to refurbish them with new and vibrant facilities which appeal to the users of the facility.

We wish to completely gut and refurbish both the gents and ladies toilets to maximise the light available and to ensure that their are accessible toilets and baby changing facilities and to increase the facilities for the ladies as we have an increasing number of female young people within our Scout Group.

The money raised will go directly to pay for this work to be carried out.
