I'm a Brighton musician, having worked previously in the UK recorded music business for 37 years, and I care deeply about live music. This payment comes from the sale of the many backstage laminates I collected over those years to a memorabilia company, and this is poetic justice for that money. Best of luck to you all.

Life without live music is no life at all.

I’ve known the Brunswick since the 1970’s when I learned to play bar billiards there. It is still great and must survive.

This a great venue playing a crucial role in supporting and showcasing local talent- very worthy of our support

Live music keeps you sane - and thanks to Dave d-dog for his Facebook live-stream gigs

I used to do gigs at the Brunswick when I first moved to Hove. It's devastating to see what's happening with our venues all round the country, and I only hope they will be saved for future generations. Live music is vital.

We need to support our venues if we want to continue to enjoy performing, listening to great music and having fun at places like The Brunswick.
