Don’t Let our family business close- #SaveJJFM
JJ Facilities Management needs your help to survive the impact of COVID-19.
by JJ Facilities Management Ltd Portsmouth , England, United Kingdom
The nature of the current crisis means that with all businesses being closed our customers we lost all our customers overnight. As a result, we will have all had to reduced costs and livong on the bread line. Current estimates say this pandemic could affect businesses like ours until January 2021 we will not survive that long as we have yet to access any government help we have received nothing.
For the £30 000 raised, we will be able to boost the services we offer by buying new equipment. Not only will this allow our staff to return to our full contracted hours, but it will also give us the very best chance of getting back on our feet and paying off all the bills and staff which haven't been paid due to loss of all income for the business.
We would be delighted if you would consider donating to our Crowdfunder if you haven't already, as we will be closed within a matter of weeks if we do not receive support.
We had large opportunities prior to coronavirus and plans for growth for a bright future and within one week this was all taken away , and your continued support will allow us to make these developments and growth to stay in business supporting our customers and the community . Any money which is not used will be fed back into the community towards food parcels and toys for children still stuck at home and we will also be updating our website to make it more user friendly.
Thank you so much for all of your support and kind words.so far from the JJFM team
JJ Facilities Management is a family run business been going over 6 years with great focus to helping customers with all cleaning and construction requirements at highly competitive prices at great service and high quality and we need your help. Due to COVID-19, our doors are currently closed and our exciting plans to become a community supporting business has been put on hold We are planning to re-open as soon as possible , but without your help right now we will not be able to open
Since closing our doors on 21st March due to the coronavirus pandemic, there has been no sales which make up the majority of our income stopped overnight. However, we still have outgoings, with overheads while closed currently being £9,000 a month, for example rent, staff costs, and other essential service contracts.
The Government recently announced businesses can reopen Like many other businesses we do not have the funds to restart as we have received no help or support from the government or banks as we are still waiting . If we re-open, we will be operating with additional hours to support new and existing customers , due to social distancing regulations. We will train all our staff to make sure health and safety is a main priority. .
Right now the JJFM has been closed for nearly 4 months. We simply don’t have enough money to see us through such a long period of time with no sales. With no government or bank support we will no money to invest to the current climate.
