We need your help! You may already know that krisp skatepark had to shut down due to covid lockdown. We were fortunate enough to be able to save the halfpipe (and a few other ramps) from being scrapped, we had a location for it and we managed to organise getting it moved. unfortunetly the place we have it, we can't invite anyone to come and use it because its technically not ours. infact, we dont get the opportunity to skate it as much as we would like. But the biggest and quite glaring problem is that... We have no roof and winter is coming. The ramp won't survive long under a tarp. We have managed to find a great place in kirkcaldy but its not going to be cheap. So the plan is, with little bit of seed money we can go ahead and start a new non-profit buisness where we can put all earings back into the buisness and have a home for the ramp where pepole can come and use it the way it was intended. We will be using some space as a workshop to build ramps for the unit and for public sale, we can think of a million things todo and maybe you can too, thats why we will be opening up the unit for community projets, so if you have an idea or something you'd like to do please get in touch.
