To raise money to pay for our double decker bus/ travelling theatre to get the much needed mechanical attention that she needs.

We did it!

On 21st Jul 2017 we successfully raised £660 with 22 supporters in 14 days

Our beautiful 1970's bus has had to go to the mechanics to have several issues fixed the most serious of which are a head gaskit and her suspension.

The cost of the work is estimated at around £3000. We are trying to raise some money to take the sting out of the cost. Any amount is greatly appreciated.

Why Do We Need Your Help?
We (Flabbergast Theatre) are a small theatre company with big ambitions and want to continue using the bus to take our pop up 120 seat theatre venue around the country. Our bus was a hit at the Edinburgh Fringe last year and was visited by hundreds of people. With your help we can make sure the bus gets back for 2017 - as well as visiting anywhere and everywhere afterwards!

What is the Flabbergast Bus?
Our bus is a converted 1970s double decker with a steampunk aesthetic, decked out with unique decorations and complete with lounging area for visitors. It's where visitors can take a moment to sit back and relax from the likely event madness we're involved in.

Not only that - it makes for a unique perfect performance space - from cabaret, comedy to theatre. It is one of the very few in the country that does what it does! As a small company ourselves, we know the value of having these unique spaces to present alternative and different work - our bus will give great opportunities for artists to try out their work to audiences around the UK.
