Give it to Hope Lochaber

When I suffered from depression my GP told me there were no resources available for me here in the West Highlands and I would have to shop around by myself. I knew of  Hope Lochaber  that provides affordable counselling based on what you can contribute financially. I have received top quality counselling for nearly a year now in a welcoming and understanding environment. There is a serious mental health problem in the Highlands and an organisation like Lochaber  Hope deserves our full support. Physical exercise is important for your mental health and running up the mountains in a stunning location where I live has been very helpful. On 30 September I want to run the Glencoe Marathon which is not a standard marathon but a race up the mountains between Glencoe and Fort William. I hope to raise as much money as I can.
