Charitable hospital in Rander, India with free medical consultations irrespective of caste, creed, colour, race, religion or economic status

by Ahmed Saleh in Luton, Luton, United Kingdom

In 2008 RSVP (UK) setup a medical diagnostics clinic in Rander, India to provide the community with free medical consultations and subsidised medication, irrespective of caste, creed, colour, race, religion or economic status. The centre has gone from strength to strength and in the last 13 years has helped over 100,000 people, including many women and children.

In July 2008 RSVP (UK) achieved charity status for its continued work helping the community. The work must continue and its success is dependent on people like you.

In 2013 we purchased building for the purpose of hospital. In 2014 refurbishment work commenced. In December 2015 refurbishment was completed and the building was transformed into purpose built hospital. The hospital has 20 bed capacity, ICU, Operation theatre, Emergency Room, Paediatric ward, Seperate General wards for men and women, special ward, laboratory, accommodation for in-house doctors and nurses and lots more. The hospital opened its door for the community on 17th January 2016.

The hospital currently has specialised Maternity wing and Intensive care unit. In order to continue the good work, we would like to embark on extension project to include Dialysis and Accident & Emergency wing with supporting operation theatres. The cost of this investment is £600,000.

Please donate as much as you can in order to help contribute to the aggressive expansion plans.

Please help, however you can.
