Rose and Hawthorn , Lake District organic clothing

I want to create my own Lake District organic/recycled/sustainable children's clothing brand , made here by me and inspired by nature .

We did it
On 10th November 2018 we successfully raised £245 with 3 supporters in 28 days

New stretch target

As we grow we will be able to create more beautiful designs - hopefully we'll receive too many orders for me to make myself and I will have to employ a team !

Hi !

My name is Ashley and i'm launching my own UK children's clothing brand, the clothes will be organic and sustainable as possible. This crowdfund is to order my first batch of designs to sew here at home myself !!

The prints will be photographic images of local nature and sights - with a percentage of the profits going to local nature reserves and charities (e.g Red Squirrel protection and rehabilitation)

The range will include children's pinafores and trousers in organic and/or recycled fabrics .

I currently run www.roseandhawthorn.co.uk which sells organic clothing made by other companies - that I still love ! But I have to follow my dream :) I have a vision in my head and I need to create it !

We sell both online and in person at Cockermouth plastic free pop-up market .

My dream for the future is to be able to employ local people to work with ! Offering them the chance to work from home as and when they want (helps quite a bit when you've got children !)

So yes ! This is my dream - please make it a reality ;)
