What is RicNic?

Each summer, RicNic produces full-scale musicals in amazing venues, where every member of the company - from the director to the dancers to the designers to the drummer - is aged 16 to 21 years.

Given responsibility and trust instead of adult supervision, RicNic participants have the best month of their lives proving what remarkable things they can achieve, and developing leadership, teamwork and valuable professional skills at the same time.

Best of all, it doesn't cost a penny: RicNic projects don't have any compulsory participation fees. Talent and passion are what counts.

Why do we need your support?

RicNic, unlike many youth theatre companies, has no participation fees meaning that we rely heavily on donations for support. We believe that everyone from any background should have the oportunity to explore theatre, and what it is like to preform on a commercial stage! Your donation goes directly into the budget of the current show, and will most likely help to fund succeeding shows.  We need your help to fund this year's show. Please do check out our website for more information!
