Aptagrim is a startup Data Science and Data Analytics company. We have our operations in the UK and an offshore support centre in India. The key stakeholders are Moses Mawuru, who heads the UK operations and Sreegopal Mandapaka, who heads the offshore support centre in India.
We are looking to leverage modern technological advancements in Machine Learning to facilitate an informed hiring process. AptaHR is designed to leverage ML in helping to streamline and improve how recruitment firms and employers identify and recruit 'hard to find' talent which is an essential contributor to a business success.
Traditionally most organizations across the globe use ATS (Applicant tracking System) applications to support their hiring process. Almost all ATS applications typically look to identify key word matches in the resume to identify suitable candidates for any specific job role. However, in most cases it is seen that a just a keyword match does not technically help you identify a right candidate for a specific job role. The challenge increases when it comes to specialized skills across multiple domains. It gets even more challenging when a recruiter has to close a job position in a domain where they have limited exposure.
Machine Learning models can address such challenges when the model are trained for key skills across multiple domains.
AptaHR is a HR application which is integrated with custom ML algorithm is capable of evaluating, benchmarking and scoring hundreds of resumes against specific job description in less than 1 minute. This helps recruiters and hiring manager make a quantitative analysis of how closely a job applicants profile meets the required skills of a specific job.
