What we do: We are RCMP-trained restorative justice facilitators. We receive criminal files from schools, the RCMP, the Crown or judges, where these parties deem an individual a favourable candidate. Instead of, or alongside, jail or other harsh measures, we employ restorative justice circles. Facilitators, victims, offenders, and community members sit down and discuss the incident and their personal history. They agree on what they think is the best way to repair the harm. We write up a contract. Parties sign it and if the offender adheres to the condition of the contract, then they have completed their conditional discharge. If they do not, the matter is referred back to the Crown or judge. In this way, we offer an opportunity for rehabilitation and reintegration, while allowing victims to have a voice.

Vision: To become the most effective action-based non-profit restorative justice organization in New Brunswick.
Mission: To support the New Brunswick community and criminal justice system by establishing an action-based support system that acknowledges criminal justice goals, the offenders’ systematic disadvantages, and potential for healing, reparation, rehabilitation and reintegration. We coordinate with local organizations to provide restorative justice circle training and services.
