Hi, my name is Hadi and have been practicing and exploring countless forms of meditative practices for almost 10 years. In that time I have developed my own unique teaching style that allows me to deliver free guided meditation classes in a simple and effective way to beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

These class is usually run from 2pm –6.30pm on Saturdays & Sundays.

These class is open to members of the public. Newcomers welcome.

This is a general meditation class and welcomes newcomers and older hands alike from any or no particular school of Buddhism. The duration of this class is an hour.

Meditation practice lasts an hour and there may also be a short talk or reading. This class welcomes guest teachers.

These classes are free and open to non-members but students are encouraged to join our wonderful free classes and courses and donations are very welcome.
