The covid-19 pandemic has shown both the best and worst in humanity. I have really at times felt that some faith has been restored in humanity now when I hear about how communities have pulled together to help one another during these unprecedented times. Whether that is helping an elderly with their shopping, or carrying on going to work as you are classed as a "key worker". My friend Sam is just that, a agency nurse who has recently been doing a lot of overtime to help on fight this invisible enemy on the frontlines.
A couple of days ago he went to work on his bike, not that he complained about this as he was happier with the fact that because of his bike he no longer had to catch the public transport given the current situation. However, a couple of days ago his bike was stolen in Selly Oak. It really is a shame that this is the world we live in today.
He has only had it for 3 and a bit months and will be paying it off for the next 9
Given the current pandemic, the chances of it being found are very slim. Please donate whatever you can so we can replace Sam's bike!
If you are not able to donate, that's absolutely fine as well if you could share the link that would be awesome.
I'm also attaching the link below so people can read about this growing problem.
Thanks in advance for your generosity :)
