There is a UK General Election on the 12th Dec and to vote you need to register before the 26th Nov.
Government has a huge effect on all our lives and for one day every few years we should take some time out to vote.
I'll pick a random person who replies to this tweet with a picture of their voter registration confirmation. They will win all the money.

How it works
All the money raised will be given to a random person who replies to this tweet or this post with a picture of their voter registration screen. The competition is running on Twitter and Facebook and possibly other social platforms. Voter registration closes on 11:59pm on 26 November. I will livestream using a random number generator to pick the winner from a public spreadsheet at 6pm on the 27th.

FAQ
How will you give them the money? I'll private message them and ask for some bank details and send them all the money. This will take place in two weeks, because this is the minimum crowdfunding length.
Is this legal? I wrote to the Electoral Commission and they said they are "unaware of any electoral law that would prevent this".
What if the winner doesn't respond? During the livestream I'll pick 10 people in order, in case the first doesn't respond within a week.
Who is funding this? I'm seeding it with £100. Any money you give will encourage more people to register to vote. Noone is paying me to do this.
Who are you? I am an independent public policy researcher currently doing a Fellowship at Newspeak House. I'd like to encourage more people to register to vote.
What about fraudulent entries? I have no way to check this.
