The company financed by the new owners then will make the refurbishment happen to covert the whole building into 3 apartments (2x two-bedrooms apartments with a private Jacuzzi and 1x four en-suite bedrooms with a rooftop solarium with panoramic Jacuzzi.

The acquisition and its refurbishment is intended for creating 3 apartments in Otranto for the rental market.

Otranto is an important tourist seaside town in south Italy, Puglia.
