Online reading programme to motivate and track home reading.
It is vital that we can monitor our children's reading at home - even when we are not in the middle of a pandemic! Our year 1 and year 2 children took part in a free monthly trial of an online reading programme called Reading Eggs and adored it. Now we have had to tell them they cannot go on the website anymore as we cannot fund it. As a school, we do everything we can to instill a love of reading and having this resource to motivate them at home would be invaluable.
