Do you want to help other parents support their children to bring the best in them? Do you believe in reaching out to disadvantaged and children from ethnic minority backgrounds?
At EduBest , one of our aim is giving back to our community- supporting, educating, engaging and inspiring disadvantaged children and ethnic minority in the community to love reading, have the passion for education as a key for change.
We are passionate about making a difference in our own small way in the lives of these children. To help them unveil their talents, potentials and passion in a very friendly way and in an informal setting where children can express themselves to bring the best in them.
Reach out to their potential ( December project) will bring families from disadvantaged backgrounds together in an event / project that will offer ideas to parents on how to support these children in their education. Practical ideas on what to do when they are thinking of how to pay the bills and yet find the peace to talk about their children’s day at school . Ideas on inspiring positive attitude to reading . Promoting children’s self esteem by encouraging them to believe in themselves and making little possible steps . Children will have the opportunity to be read to by authors, teachers, parents etc , enjoy a time expressing their imagination with the paintbrushes , discussing their favourite subjects with professionals who will be able to advice them on what educational resources are available to them and more importantly , all children will be given a special present - a book in an area of their interest to motivate them to gain more knowledge in these areas or a football to practise their kicking skills or a set of paint and paintbrushes.
It will be a great opportunity to make a step towards bringing out the best in these children who have the potential to be our great artist, scientists, gymnasts, teachers, business tycoons, inventors etc. in our near future.
You can play your part by supporting this vision, this passion, this dream of making a difference in the lives of our children, our future generation. Yes you can !
Thank you for supporting this project. It is very well appreciated.
