To provide specific recruitment support to ex-offenders, disabled individuals & other individuals with struggles & issues.

by Steven McShane in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom

My name is Streven McShane, a 25 year old individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder & ex care-leaver.

To date, I have operated and managed a successful Recruitment & Employment business on both Temporary & Permanent basis.

Throughout working with clients throughout the UK, I have established a gap in specialist recruitment services tailored to specific groups and/or individuals who fall within specific classifications:

  • Offenders/Ex-Offenders
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Learning Difficulties
  • ADHD
  • Mental Health

Although all recruitment and employment businesses are governed and abide by underpinning equality laws, there is no specific agencies that take time and effort into people whom fall into the above groups. This shocking and running a mainstream business has opened my eyes to a specific need for change in this area.

By raising money, I would propose to put internal staff through specific training in relation to ASD and Offenders ect to broaden knowledge and employ small team on a part-time basis to work and engage the above groups in employment access related activities and preparation for interviews with a guaranteed job afterwards.

We are currently a remote & work from home business and would require support for premises including secure and sensory premises with a relaxing environment so we can make the above groups our primary focus.

With your support, we could kick off this project and I am also willing to consider donation as investment & partnership.

Let's make 'Rapid Resourcing - Pro People Division' happen
