Some days being a parent feels like the toughest job in the world. Days when we’re sinking, exhausted, despairing. It’s days like that when a Random Act of Kindness can be just what you need to pick you up, know you’re not alone, and feel the world is actually a pretty decent place.
As a postnatal depression survivor, this is a cause close to my heart. I’ve set up a “Kindness Tribe” across the UK who are ready to help me hand out notes and gift vouchers (as Random Acts of Kindness) to parents we see out and about.
The plan is to give printed notes of support and encouragement alongside a voucher donated by online parent and baby shop, Apple & Pips.
And I need your help to fund it.
The funding will pay for the notes to be printed. Then our Kindness Tribe can do their work, brightening up a mum or dad’s day.
There is still kindness, compassion, and generosity in the world and I need your help to prove it to those who might be feeling so overwhelmed, they’ve forgotten.
Become part of the Kindness Tribe with your support today.
