Queen Marie-Louise Christophe was exceptional in every way. A heor of the Revolution, she continued to be heroic in her long exile.
Great campaign, hope it gets funded & good luck with it!
This fascinating story needs public commemoration
It will be brilliant to remember the remarkable Marie-Louise Christophe here in Britain.
Love this. We must ensure our ancestors are remembered
Good luck Nicole, well done for all your hard work to make sure those that deserve recognition get it.
The Haitian Revolution was one of the greatest revolutions in world history - as a symbol of that struggle for liberation from slavery and colonialism Queen Marie-Louise Christophe deserves to be recognised - and this plaque will help remind people in Britain today about what we owe to the people of Haiti
Best of luck with this project!
Wishing you every success in your endeavour
Good luck Nicole.
