The reports at https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/tttreport go into detail about why the Tesco Goodmayes site is not a safe site for housing. It also explains why the additional traffic caused by the development will be bad for health. The links between high density living and coronavirus are also expalined.
There are hundreds of documents relating to the Tesco application on the Redbridge Council site. So there is the real risk that Councillors will not read our air quality reports, hence the need to fund £350 fees for either Prof Peckham or Dr Mills to address the Councillors making the decision on the night the application is heard.
As yet we do not know when the hearing will be so I am unable to tell you who will make the presentation. I will provide when I have a date for the committee hearing the application.
