Buy a pottery wheel to be able to make pottery and teach at home.

I am a young professional who has moved from Nairn to Edinburgh, to "make a goer" of being an artist. Previously, i have set up The Wee Studio, in Nairn in an old toilet block beside the sea, having left that behind i have now come to live in Edinburgh with some friends in a housing co-op.

The wheel will be a great tool within our house, but, primarily it is for my own use as a sole trading potter. I want to sell my wares locally and for them to be used everyday connecting people with unique hand crafted consciously made practical objects. As a housing co-op we share tools and skills, so i know this wheel will be beneficial and educational to more than myself. Having taught pottery for the last 2 and a half years i will also continue this practice on into one-to-one teaching for all ages to come and learn to throw pots.
