Street Markets have been always a great gateway to all Londoners, since 11 March 2020, Street traders have left with no directions on how they can continue trading and keep the business they specialised in or inherited from their families.
In our association we are looking to bring back business to those traders and bring back visitors safely to local streets markets.
Petticoat Lane Market Traders Association will make use of the money ;
To watch, promote, safeguard and further the interests, rights and privileges of its members.
To preserve and improve the built environment, streetscape and Local community.
To be the central point of contact (stallholders only) on all communication and consultation between Petticoat Lane Market, Sclater Street Market, Brick Lane Market and any other external organisation or individual on matters concerning change of: Trading Rules and Regulation / Market Operation / Market Charges / Any other Market Business.
To support and take all actions necessary to further the creation of a market, including any of the setting up of a CIC (Community Interest Company) if considered appropriate to furthering this aim.
