The world's most reliable and trustworthy builder (yes one does exist) as well as amazing musician had his tool of trade stolen

by Mickey Beans in London, England, United Kingdom

I met Shea many many years ago on when I was in a real dire straits situation with a house I lived in. It was becoming mentally stressful for me and my partner at the time. At our wits in I found this angel and he came in and completely got our lives back to normal. From then on I had gained a really great friend. He's helped me out in times of great need - lots of times for no charge at all.

He's a pleasure to have around the home and he's a very comforting and lovely friend and husband to his gorgeous wife.

I have recommended him to so many people who cannot sing his praises enough.

He's also an amazing musician and incorporates his love for music into his work - by creating things like bespoke keyboard stands for bands such as Snow Patrol and also amazing custom made speaker rigs - this wonderful Irish man can do ANYTHING!

HOWEVER - he came home to find that the van that houses his tools - he spent 100's on locks - was broken into because the awful people did a Hatton Garden job and sawed into the panel just above the seats and stole all of the following:

Makita screw guns - £350

Makita planer £160

Makita skill saw £175

Makita radio £125

Makita jigsaw £155

Makita SDS drill £180

Makita multitool £135

Stanley Bostitch nail gun £240

Festool plunge saw £565

Festool Router £445

Leica laser level £220

Edge Bander £345

It comes to a painful total of £3,095.

That is an AWFUL amount of money to fork out whilst not earning any money because he doesn't have the tools.

If there is one person in life this shouldn't happen to - it's our dear Shea. So, please reach into your pockets - anything is everything.

As friends and as a community we have a responsibility to help our friends out. I'd love to know that I could rely on all of you if I had to. We don't do it enough which is why we are witnessing a community of hatred and disassociation.

Even if it's 50p or a pint, or much more - it'll all help get Shea back on his feet. To work hard making people's homes beautiful so that we can all be happy - so let's give a little back yeah?
