Pips Virtual Tea Party
We did it
On 21st September 2019 we successfully raised £416 with 24 supporters in 28 days

To bring comfort to other bereaved parents by donating bears and raising money for local services to continue supporting bereaved parents.

A year ago today (26th August 2018) our beautiful baby Pip was born too soon. In his memory we want to raise money to support other bereaved parents who have had to also go through the heartaching journey of losing a baby during pregnancy, birth or after.

We would have loved to have a party to celebrate and remember Pip however due to house renovations and being 36 weeks pregnant with our 3rd baby this has not been possible.

So we would like to invite you to Pip’s virtual tea party!

What takes your fancy?! ‘Cup of tea or coffee and a delicious cake’ we suggest a donation of £5! Have as much as you like it’s all calorie free!

If you’re feeling super generous and ‘cake’ is not your thing maybe you could spare £10 to donate a bear in memory of Pip to be given to other bereaved parents (see aching arms.co.uk for more info on the bears and the work they do. We received a very special bear from a friend in memory of their son Cai Ioan). We would love to see Pips name out there in the world providing comfort for others.

We’ve set up a crowdfunding page rather than a giving page directly to the charities as we want to ensure any funds we raise goes directly to the services within the charities we intend them to.

Our aim is to raise £240 for 24 bears in memory of Pip to be donated to our local hospital UHW and then any other funds raised to be donated to the maternity bereavement services in Cardiff & Vale UHB as we have received such great care from them and want it to be available to all parents in their time of need.

Thanks so much for your support!
