Decision to run a business of this type grew in my head for a long time, since 2017 when for the first time I went to Peru. I didn't know at this time how to start though and I had to give up for my engineering studies and casual job to support myself.
My last visit in 2019 convinced me in my plans and I have decided to run my business that not only will be a great independence for me, but also I would be able to support local communities in Peruvian Andes. My dream is to share every 5% from sold product to raise money for development of rural regions of Peru and education for kids.
I know, that I do not want to sell more my time and life for 9-5 jobs. I want to live on my terms and pace. I have experience not only as engineers but also in retail or even warehouse. Each of those jobs taught me hard working, attention to detail, precision, deadlines but also planted a wish for a bit of freedom and ability to make more decisions about myself.
