About Penryn Buzz
Penryn Buzz is a pollinator-friendly flower project set up by Penryn's Deputy Town Mayor Chaz Wenmoth. Penryn Buzz aims to use greenspaces in Penryn to support pollinators such as bees by planting pollinator-friendly flowers. The project also aims to engage the community in supporting pollinators in their own gardens and to also increase the awareness of pollinator conservation in urban areas.
Penryn Buzz has been incredibly successful so far, having created several flower plantings around Penryn, such as the wildflower strip in Penryn Memorial gardens last year (images below).

About the Shute Meadow planting project
This crowdfunder page is to raise money for a new flower planting spot at Shute Meadow in Penryn (image below). This Spring, pollinator-friendly shrubs (such as lavender, rosemary and cornish heath) will be planted by myself and volunteers. This mixture of flower species will ensure a long flowering period and keep the bees very happy while they are out and about!
