Pay off my university, medicine,eczema Better life

I have no family in England and it's difficult I'm trying to collect some money to pay off my loan for my 4 year's study at the university and use some for my personal treatment for the medicine that I need to take, because of my allergies and eczema. During the lockdown and everything getting worse I'm very afraid And some for my personal use for my birthday, clothes and other personal stuff.27/03/2021
