My Dear Friends & Family,
I have finally gathered to courage to quit my life as I knew it and follow my dream to become a jeweller. Each step comes with its challenges but it has been a beautiful journey so far.
The biggest steps I have taken were to complete my Jewellery Making course at UAL Central Saint Martins and to start working as a store manager and jeweller for Maya Magal.
The next big step would be to start experimenting with the designs I have brewing in my head, before I can present my them to the world, along with a brand name (suggestions for an earthy but ellegant name are very welcome) and an online store/market stand - hopefully by the end of the year! However, I can’t currently do that because I don’t have a workbench and the tools I need at home - and I can’t work on my stuff at work, of course.
If you’d like to make me the happiest old lady in Britain on my 34th birthday, then forget the the flowers, the chocolate and the cards. Just become a supporter of this ‘golden dream’ of mine. :)
Both small and large donations will be received with the biggest greateful ‘Patchi bear hug’ and much love,
